12:28 a.m.

I soooooo can't sleep. I think I have to get up at 6. When I was pikku my mother would sing me the Teddy Bear Picnic song. It was entrancing. The undersides of my elbows are scuffy. I am divided as to whether this would self-repair if I stopped resting my elbows on tables, or whether the damage is done. I was in the mood for Neil Young this weekend but I forgot to listen to him. I bet if I pull out a cd tomorrow it will make studying calculus funner.

Greatest song: Somewhere on a desert highway, she rides a Harley-Davidson. Her long blonde hair flying in the breeze. She's been running half her life. The chrome and steel she rides, colliding with the very air she breathes.

I've seen the needle and the damage done, a little part of it in everyone, but every junkie's like a setting sun.

Use some of that body butter that you've given me on your elbows. It will help.

My elbows are scuffy too.

I splurged on some cocoa-scented body butter from Origins the other day. So thick and creamy and delicious. As I was rubbing it into my scuffy hands yesterday and chatting with Neil, he yelled, "Gross!!! What is that smell??? It smells like gasoline! It smells like gas-chamber chocolate! It smells like Nazi chocolate!!!" Probably I'll take it back and find a more family-friendly scent.

Nazi chocolate is disgusting.

Ask Ryan: The sure cure for rough elbows is resting each one in a half grapefruit for 20 minutes a day. Then lather with cream or Nazi Cocoa.

Way funny! I can picture Neil reacting that way.
Nazi chocolate indeed!
