Thank you! The computer support specialist is telling the customer what to type -- she's being specific, like type this word, then a space, etc. The customer is taking everything super-literally, so when she says "space" he types the word "space," instead of pressing the space bar. So ... it's funny. The gap.
I don't get it because it's too close to my reality. Amye
